I had an incredible stay at Ao Chalong Villas and Spa! The peaceful ambiance and well-maintained property made for a relaxing experience. The staff, especially Steve, were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The pool-side villas were lovely, but I wish they had more dining options for variety. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway at a great value.

However, the remote location could be a drawback for those looking to explore the area easily, and the misleading beach conditions were a bit disappointing.
Our stay at Aochalong Villa & Spa in Phuket was truly unforgettable! The beautiful surroundings and stunning ocean views made it a perfect retreat. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, although the noise factor from other guests was a bit of a downside. The dining experience was great, especially the amazing breakfast, though it could use a bit more variety over longer stays.

However, we faced some issues with our airport transfer and had to deal with an unpleasant beach experience due to trash. The food at the restaurant was good, and the pools were a highlight, but communication with the staff could improve regarding requests.
Our stay didn't quite meet our expectations as the hotel was more outdated than we anticipated. The room sizes varied greatly, and while the new building had better accommodations, the beach was not usable. However, the staff were accommodating, and the atmosphere was generally pleasant for a relaxing getaway.
